Processing Time & Shipping Information

    We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
    All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address.

  2. Made-to-Order Production
    All SteelingWheel products are made to order and individually crafted after your purchase.
    Handling (production and preparation) time: 2–9 business days.
    After production, your parcel is carefully packed and handed over to the carrier.

  3. Carriers & Shipping Time
    We work with a trusted network of international couriers (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
    Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier availability.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–9 business days

  • Europe / UK / Canada: 3–9 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping): 5–18 business days.

SteelingWheel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

    Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price.
    These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and remain the customer’s responsibility.
    We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
